LAS VEGAS — Takedown Piracy has reported that it successfully infiltrated Mega.nz folders and identified and removed nearly two million instances of stolen content.
“Through continuous monitoring of newly advertised Mega folders, Takedown Piracy reviews each collection, identifies content belonging to its clients, and initiates removal actions immediately,” said a rep. “Between May and September 2026 alone, this effort resulted in the removal of 1,884,339 Mega.nz URLs for containing unauthorized copies of client content.”
Takedown Piracy also reports that access to the Mega.nz folders remains active and ongoing.
