SEATTLE — The Seattle Erotica Cinema Society has announced that the 10th edition of its annual erotic film festival, SECS Fest, will be held Nov. 6-8 at Beacon Cinema.
According to a rep, the three-day event will showcase 45 short films from around the globe as well as two feature films, reflecting the diversity of the human sexual experience. The feature selections include the world premiere of the newly restored Henri Pachard feature "Outlaw Ladies" and Bart Everly's "Velvet Vision: The Story of James Bidgood and the Making of Pink Narcissus."
The festival's five blocks of shorts include the BDSM-themed "All Tied Up" (87 minutes); the experimental and avant-garde "Avant-Erotica" (68 minutes); the sex work-themed "Fuck Work!" (82 minutes); a lineup of sex comedies titled "Laugh First, Come Later" (85 minutes); and finally, a series of films that explore relationship dynamics titled "The Shape of Us" (94 minutes).
