LOS ANGELES — Ravyn Alexa has won the Urban X Award for Hottest Fetish Star.
“I had a scene early on Monday and had to leave,” Alexa said. “I’m so bummed that I couldn’t go on stage and thank my agent, publicist, and fans. I couldn’t have done it without them. I can’t wait to get my red X trophy. I will definitely post content to my social media when I do, and it won’t all be SFW.”
