LAS VEGAS — Trevor Harris, Jay Wu, and Ty Santana star in the second chapter of Disruptive Films feature “The Hive,” titled “Hatchling.”
Written and directed by Micah Martinez, the title also features Andrew Delta, Carter Woods, Justin Matthews, and Colt Spence.
“As the layers of the mysterious group peel away, Trevor is seduced by the temptations of the wellness retreat that isn’t quite what it seems,” the synopsis reveals. “Jay and Ty work their magic to lure Trevor into their hive with the promise of being a part of something great.”
Wu enthused about the project.
“It was super fun to film at Disruptive Films,” he said. “The environment was super friendly, and I liked working with everyone on set. I would definitely come back again.”
Added Harris, “I’m so excited to be back at Disruptive after getting this script from Micah. I love spooky plots, so this being centered around a retreat that’s really a cult was a lot of fun for me, and working with an outstanding cast and crew was the cherry on top.”
