MONTREAL — BranditScan has launched a public API and a new affiliate program enabling creator platforms to integrate the company’s anti-piracy services and earn recurring commissions.
According to a rep, the public API lets partners integrate BranditScan’s piracy detection, leak monitoring and takedown tools into their own platforms through search, piracy data, single sign-on and account management integrations, as well as embeddable widgets that allow creators to scan for unauthorized content and submit takedown requests.
The affiliate program offers businesses a lifetime 10 percent commission on payments made by referred customers, including subscriptions, renewals and upgrades. According to the company, high-volume partners may qualify for higher commission rates through an API that embeds referrals directly into their products.
“Creators already trust us to protect their work, so the fastest way to reach more of them is inside the platforms and tools they already use every day,” said BranditScan CEO Gino Sciretta.
