Marica Hase Scores 2 Bazowie Awards

LOS ANGELES — Marica Hase has scored two wins at the 2026 Bazowie Awards.

The awards are in the categories of Best VR (for “The King of Fighters: Mai Shiranui”) and Quirkiest Accomplishment (for content produced with her plush pig, Buusan).

“I am so happy and grateful to win two Bazowie Awards this year,” said Hase. “Best VR means so much because I love bringing cosplay and fantasy characters to life, and winning with Buusan makes my heart so happy because he has become part of my world with the fans. To be recognized by Bazowie for six years in a row is really special to me because these awards celebrate creativity, fun, and individuality. Plus, I sewed my event dress myself.”
