ASACP Returns to Colombia for LALExpo Business Conference

CALI, Colombia — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) will return to Colombia to attend Latin America Adult Business Expo (LALExpo), which is set for Apr. 27-29.

ASACP executive director Tim Henning will participate in a panel with AVPA’s Iain Corb on Apr. 28 that will address safety issues in the digital industry. Henning will also meet with government representatives and the media during LALExpo.

“ASACP is pleased to support LALExpo,” said Henning. “The event and its promoters play a leading role in the fight against child exploitation by helping educate operators about the need for legal compliance and the maintenance of industry protocols and safety standards to help avoid minors’ abuse and guarantee the rights of children and adolescents.

“LALExpo’s continued support of the association sends a compelling message and helps establish its promoters among the upper echelon of industry leaders,” added Henning. “Through LALExpo’s generosity, ASACP can reach a much broader audience of frontline operators, providing them with the education and valuable free resources they need to help keep children out of and away from adult-oriented content.”
