Serenity Cox Earns XMA Creator Awards Nomination

MIAMI — Serenity Cox has been nominated for MILF Premium Social Media Star of the Year at the 2026 XMA Creator Awards.

“I’m very honored to be nominated for MILF Premium Social Media Star of the Year,” said Cox. “My fans are everything to me, and this nomination is really a reflection of their support. I think my premium social media content perfectly complements my scenes with Vixen Media and shows another side of my sexual adventures.”

Honoring the most captivating personalities and creative artists in adult entertainment, the XMA Creator Awards will serve as the glamorous capstone to XBIZ Miami, North America’s largest summer conference for creators and digital media players, set for May 11-14 at the Goodtime Hotel in South Beach, Florida.

Online voting is now open and runs through May 12.
