MELBOURNE, Australia — Filmmaker DC Xavier has announced that his new feature "A Love Electric" will be released on April 20.
Inspired by the porno chic cinema of the '70s, the narrative-driven film is a romantic comedy with sci-fi elements, and Xavier has been working on it for the past seven years.
"This is something that hasn’t been attempted in Australia," said Xavier. "No adult film has been made at this scale locally before, and these days, even internationally, it is now rare for a pornographic film to be made with storytelling as its focus."
