Pineapple Support, SextPanther to Host Stress Management Support Group

LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support and SextPanther are hosting a free online support group focused on stress management for performers, titled "Release the Pressure."

The six-week group will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Bridget Bycina and begins April 7 at 2 p.m. (PST). Sessions will take place weekly through May 12.

"Feeling overwhelmed or burnt out doesn't mean you're failing; it means you're human," said Bycina. "In this group, we'll slow down together, share experiences honestly, and explore practical ways to decompress and restore balance. My goal is for every participant to leave each session feeling a little lighter and better equipped to handle whatever life throws at them."

Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit added, “Chronic stress takes a real toll on mental and physical health, and so many in our community are carrying more than they let on. ‘Release the Pressure’ offers a place to breathe, connect, and start building healthier habits together. We're deeply grateful to SextPanther for sponsoring this group and helping ensure these resources remain accessible to those who need them most."
