LOS ANGELES — Performer/creator Seth Peterson has passed away at the age of 28, according to his fiancé and best friend, Kobe Marsh. Peterson was 28.
Marsh launched a GoFundMe campaign to cover funeral expenses for Peterson.
"It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my fiancé and best friend, Seth Peterson," wrote Marsh. "Seth was found in our home earlier today [Saturday]. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. These funds will go toward covering his funeral expenses, and any support during this difficult time is deeply appreciated."
On X.com, where Peterson had a following of more than 300,000 fans, Marsh wrote that his heart was broken and thanked fans for their kindness and support.
Hailing from Redondo Beach, Peterson grew up surfing, skating, and playing the piano, and he loved the ocean and the work of author Stephen King.
In 2020, Peterson took the adult industry by storm with his work for Helix Studios before going on to work for major production houses such as ASG Max, Falcon Studios, FratX, Hot House, Men.com, Men at Play, NakedSword, and Next Door Studios Network.
"We’re heartbroken over the untimely passing of Falcon/NakedSword headliner Seth Peterson," said Falcon/NakedSword co-chief content officer Ben Rush. "Seth was a bright and unforgettable presence on every set, and we’ll always remember his energy, his humor, and the passion he poured into every project."
Trenton Ducati, director of production for Falcon/NakedSword, shared his grief over the loss of Peterson.
"Losing Seth feels like losing a piece of this industry’s heart and soul," he added. "I’m really grateful for every moment I got to know him and work with him. The joy he shared will live on in my memories and in the hearts of his fans. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.”
Ducati also urged fans to donate online.
"Losing Seth has been heartbreaking, and these funds are needed to cover his funeral expenses," he wrote on X.com. "I donated because this cause matters deeply. If you're able, please share or contribute to help support his loved ones during this difficult time."
Fellow performer Rocky Heron also paid tribute to Peterson on Instagram.
"[Seth] was someone with a big heart, a lot of passion, and a depth that not everyone understood," he wrote.
