“When the pandemic hit and I got laid off from my salaried position, it forced me to stop and really think. I realized I didn’t actually enjoy sales or finance. I enjoyed creating,” said Voss. “I had to unlearn the habit of doubting my own intuition. Once I stopped outsourcing my decisions and started listening inward, my career and life accelerated.”
