TORONTO — Eila Adams is expanding her on-camera fitness brand with the debut of her new OFTV channel, "Workout with Eila Adams."
"Best known for her long-running 'Flex Appeal' segment on 'Naked News,' Adams is focused on delivering practical workouts in a fresh format that puts the focus squarely on movement, strength, and stamina," said a rep.
Adams enthused about her new OFTV channel, which currently features three videos — "Eila’s Favourite Ab Exercises," "Full Body Bodyweight Workout," and "World’s Fastest Workout."
"You’ve been working out with me on 'Naked News' for years, but now I’m turning up the intensity in a whole new way," she said. "These are real workouts that will make you sweat, smile, and feel amazing. I wanted to create something fun, approachable, and effective."
