AMSTERDAM — Christina Castalia's short film, "Pleasure Engineer," will screen at Porn Film Festival Amsterdam on Friday, Feb. 27.
The screening is part of the "What a Time to Be (A)live!" film block at the festival, where she also serves as a guest curator.
Castalia's curated block features seven films from international creators, and she'll be moderating a post-screening Q&A with the filmmakers, most of whom are expected to be in attendance.
"I invited creators that I have looked up to in this industry for their raw authenticity and their fearlessness to be themselves," said Castalia. "I am so thankful to the filmmakers who submitted their work and trusted the vision for this festival; without them, this film block would not exist. Thank you to Porn Film Festival Amsterdam for inviting me to curate this film block; it has been such a joy to have my vision come to life."
