SEASIDE, N.J. — Payton Sin Claire will once again participate in the Polar Bear Plunge in Seaside, New Jersey, on Feb. 28.
Each year, the Polar Bear Plunge at Seaside raises funds in support of Special Olympics New Jersey. Sin Claire has been a long-time participant, as her brother has Asperger's Syndrome.
“It’s that time of the year again when I jump into the freezing cold water for a very special person in my life — my little brother Jason, who has Asperger’s Syndrome,” said Sin Claire. “Growing up with a little brother with autism has always been challenging, as certain things would set him off, and he would have tantrums like any autistic child. He had his good days and bad days, like anyone. But Jason never let anything stop him. He did very well in school and later went on to become a veterinarian. I am so proud and honored to call him my brother.”
Sin Claire also called for donations in support of her plunge.
“If you make a donation, please find my legal name, Danielle Fuchs, and email me a screenshot of your donation to Paytonsinclaire@gmail.com,” said Sin Claire. “Depending on the amount, I will either do a webcam show or I will send you some sexy snaps. Thanks for the love and support.”
