Little Leaf Founder Kathryn Byberg Wins Award at XBIZ Honors

LOS ANGELES — Kathryn Byberg, founder and CEO of boutique PR firm Little Leaf Agency, was named Marketing Executive of the Year at the 2026 XBIZ Honors last week.

"What a great debut at XBIZ," said Byberg. "I'm so grateful to receive this recognition from the XBIZ team and industry peers. I was up against some incredible people within the industry that I love and admire, and I’m honestly just so overwhelmed and honored at the moment. This recognition sets Little Leaf Agency in great stead for the year ahead."

She continued, "This award is a reflection of the people who believed in Little Leaf from the beginning, and I’m incredibly grateful to our clients for trusting us with their brands, and to our team for the passion and talent they bring every day."

It was Byberg's first time attending XBIZ Expo, and she appeared on a panel titled "From Storefront to Digital: The Future of Adult Retail," which examined how brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retail continue to evolve in an increasingly omnichannel world.
