LOS ANGELES — Director Wrex Oliver's work has earned seven nominations for the 2026 XMAs.
Oliver's "Wednesday" and "Step Sisters" parodies are up for Best Comedy Movie, while "Wednesday" earned a nod for Best Sex Scene - Comedy Movie, and "Step Sisters" landed a Best Screenplay nomination. Elsewhere, "Sexerance" is up for Best Gay Movie, and it's also nominated for Best Sex Scene - Gay, along with "Show Some Manners: The Owner of the House Gets to Fuck the Guest's Stepson."
"I'm incredibly proud to see my work recognized by XBIZ, and I am so very grateful to all the talented people, in front of and behind the cameras, who made these movies into reality," said Oliver.
The 2026 XMA Awards will recognize the best in the industry on Sunday, Jan. 18, at the historic Hollywood Palladium. In keeping with tradition, select award categories under Web & Technology, Pleasure Products, and Retail will be presented at the two editions of the annual XBIZ Honors ceremonies.
