Mark Spiegler Named XBIZ Talk Guest for 2026 LA Conference

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce that famed talent agent Mark Spiegler, impresario of the Spiegler Girls agency, will join an exclusive talk session at XBIZ 2026, the latest edition of North America’s largest adult industry conference, set to take place Jan. 12-15 at the Kimpton Everly Hotel in Hollywood.

Renowned for his discerning eye for talent, his remarkable dedication to his clients’ careers and unique approach to repping performers, Spiegler has been called the “superagent to the porn stars,” representing some of the most lauded and award-winning names in the industry. His work on behalf of his clients has earned him a reputation as a no-nonsense negotiator, a source of 360-degree career advice and a conduit to mainstream opportunities.

Spiegler began his career by financing movie projects, and would eventually become involved in over 90 productions. His switch into the agency business came when a European model friend asked him to introduce her to people in the American adult industry. The venture proved so successful that her friends started contacting him to provide similar services, and he eventually founded Spiegler Girls in 2003.

Spiegler has jokingly described his behind-the-scenes role as “Patron of the Tarts,” a nickname that also served as the title of a 2019 documentary about his life and career. He has also self-identified as a workaholic.

“I can’t just relax,” he told the International Business Times in 2015. “I’m on 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. I answer the phone all the time because I don’t want the girls to miss any work.”

Spiegler also told the Times that he wanted to help his performer clients create a successful career “so they have something to go to after they leave the adult industry.”

In his upcoming XBIZ Talk, Spiegler will reflect on insights he has acquired over decades in the business, share his work philosophy, and offer his take on the state of the industry today.

“I’m really looking forward to sitting down with XBIZ and bringing whatever I can to the conversation,” said Spiegler. “To me, doing our best in this industry includes looking out for one another. Part of that is sharing what we’ve learned so that our friends and colleagues, and the people following us into the business, can benefit from it as well. The way XBIZ brings the industry together makes this the perfect setting for doing that.”

The XBIZ Talk session is set for Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 4 p.m.
