LOS ANGELES — Amirah Adara and 2023 Euro XMAs Female Performer of the Year Tiffany Tatum star in the latest release from MixedX, titled “The Wrong Word.”
Written by studio principal Christina Shine and directed by Zsolt Abraham, the scene centers on “school girls whose after-school study sessions hide a growing tension,” the synopsis reveals. “When a handwritten note slips from Amirah’s book and Tiffany reads a line describing her laughter like sunlight through water, the truth between them can no longer be ignored. Tiffany responds with her own quiet confession, launching a private exchange of messages that only they understand.”
Abraham enthused about the scene.
“I wanted to capture the sweetness and fear of first love — how a single word can open the door to an entire world of emotion,” he said. “Amirah and Tiffany brought such authenticity and vulnerability to this story, making every silence and every written character feel profoundly alive.”
