LOS ANGELES — Alpha Studio Group (ASG) exclusives Noah Asli and Ryder Owens star in the second installment of the limited series "End of Your World," titled "The Promotion."
Written and directed by Micah Martinez, the four-part release also features Justin Matthews, Johnny Donovan, Jayden Marcos, Evan Jordie, Carter Woods, Vincent Grey, and Trevor Brooks.
The scene centers on a vampire (Asli) who offers his assistant (Owens) a promotion to eternal life.
"Creating a feature about the 'End of Your World,' the goal was to avoid these endings all being sad or unfortunate," said ASG CCO Jeremy Babcock. "'The Promotion' flips the script by going the comedy route on the road to becoming un-dead. It’s a truly unique concept, and a testament to Micah’s love of this genre."
Martinez enthused about the project.
"Once we got the ball rolling with making this an anthology, I really wanted to have fun with it," he said. "What better way than leaning into horror-comedy like 'What We Do In The Shadows' and really going full tilt with blood, light gore, and throwing laughs in for good measure. Ryder and Noah definitely delivered on that."
Added Asli, "There’s nothing I love more than stepping into characters that are out of the box — especially when Ryder’s there to make every moment even more fun and unforgettable."
"End of Your World Part 2: The Promotion" is streaming on ASGMax; the remaining two scenes will drop in the coming weeks.
