2026 XBIZ Exec Awards Pre-Noms Open With Debut of New 'Impact' Honors

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce that the pre-nomination period for the 2026 XBIZ Exec Awards, the adult industry’s premier career honor, begins today and runs through Oct. 14.

This year, the program expands to shine a well-deserved spotlight on the human impact behind professional success, with five new categories:

  • The Brave Voice Award recognizes individuals who have shown courage and conviction in speaking up to drive meaningful dialogue and positive change.
  • The Pulse of the People Award honors individuals deeply in tune with the industry’s culture and values through genuine engagement that has driven connection and progress.
  • The Trusted Confidant Award spotlights those whose experience, sound judgment and steady support have empowered others and strengthened the community.
  • The Heart of Gold Award celebrates individuals who exemplify kindness and compassion through meaningful acts that have uplifted and supported those around them.
  • The Shining Spirit Award highlights those who radiate optimism and uplifting energy that has inspired everyone around them.

Each of these special distinctions will be awarded to one individual per category, without finalist nominees.

Industry members may submit their entries via XBIZ.net.

The annual XBIZ Exec Awards spotlight the best of the best in the adult business community, recognizing outstanding creativity and leadership, and acknowledging exceptional achievement across a wide variety of career roles. Symbolizing the pinnacle of professional success, the XBIZ Exec Awards trophy is regarded as the most prestigious career honor in the adult industry.

Held alongside XBIZ’s January events series, the Pleasure & Retail Community edition of the XBIZ Exec Awards will take place Sunday, Jan. 11 in conjunction with pleasure product trade show XBIZ Expo, while the Digital Media Community edition is set for Wednesday, Jan. 14, during the XBIZ LA digital media conference.
