HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Autumn Rain has made her TransAngels debut alongside reigning XMAs Gay Performer of the Year Derek Kage in "Exploring Autumn."
As the scene opens, “Derek is picking Autumn up for a sexy shoot in the desert,” the synopsis reveals. “As they get out of the city, Derek pulls the top of Autumn's dress down and starts sucking on her nipples.
