HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Autumn Rain has made her TransAngels debut alongside reigning XMAs winner Derek Kage in "Exploring Autumn."
As the scene opens, “Derek is picking Autumn up for a sexy shoot in the desert,” the synopsis reveals. “As they get out of the city, Derek pulls the top of Autumn's dress down and starts sucking on her nipples. Next, he takes his jeans off, and Autumn lies down to give him a slow BJ. Derek then removes her panties and returns the favor.
