HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Harry Sparks has launched an Indiegogo campaign for his new erotic horror film, "Scissors 2."
The sequel finds the killer clown known as Scissors "returning to terrorize a group of beautiful young women, unleashing a nightmarish journey of survival," said a rep. "Paying homage to the slasher films of the 1970s and '80s, 'Scissors 2' promises more suspense, more blood, and even more thrills."
The cast includes Avery Jane, Blake Blossom, Annie Cruz, Tommy Pistol, James Bartholet, Violet Myers, Kazumi, Nadia White, Daisy Ducati, Coco Lovelock, Gizelle Blanco, Ginger Lynn, and Christy Canyon, as well as mainstream actors Janet Lopez, Steven Williams, and Scott Schwartz.
The crowdfunding campaign goes live on Monday, Sept. 8, and contributors can choose from a variety of perks, including Blu-rays, T-shirts, posters, and other merchandise.
"'Scissors 2' is a true passion project," said Sparks. "The support from fans made the first film such a success, and this time, we’re aiming to make an even bigger and bloodier tribute to the golden age of slashers. I can’t wait for horror lovers to be part of this journey with us."
