MONTREAL — Adult Time has announced that production has wrapped on the thriller, "The Secrets We Share," written and directed by studio CCO Bree Mills.
The feature stars reigning XMAs Girl/Girl Performer of the Year Lilly Bell and MILF Performer of the Year Penny Barber, along with Max Fills, Axel Haze, Tyler Cruise, and Charles Dera.
The story centers on “an outwardly wholesome Los Angeles household whose cracks begin to show after a Canadian exchange student, played by Lilly Bell, moves in,” said a rep. “‘The Secrets We Share’ dives into sexual manipulation, unraveling relationships and dark familial power struggles and features Fills stepping into his first dramatic lead role.”
Barber enthused about the shoot.
“If I was going to ask Bree to write a character for me to play, this is the character that it would be,” she said. “My character is weird, controlling, and perverse — all things that I love to portray on screen. You’re going to love it.”
Fills also shared his excitement about the project.
“This is a really special movie for me,” he said. “It’s the first time I’ve taken the lead in a dramatic role like this, and it’s been a very emotional roller coaster — I screamed; I cried; I laughed. It’s an incredible piece, and I worked really hard on it. The Adult Time crew has been incredible; everyone poured their heart and soul into this movie.”
Added Bell, “It’s been a challenging project, but I was excited to let my imagination run wild. This is my first time working with Bree Mills on a feature, which has been really cool. The sex scenes, especially the one with Charles Dera, turned out so great. My character might need a mental hospital after her time with this family, though.”
