LAS VEGAS — Creator-turned-business coach Anastasia Pierce will host a free class for first-time home buyers designed to help adult creators take the leap into homeownership with confidence.
Pierce will discuss renting vs. buying and how to boost your credit score before guiding first-time buyers through the process step by step, from pre-approval to closing. She'll also offer her insight regarding the Las Vegas housing market, including home prices and interest rates.
Additionally, a local licensed real estate professional will be present to answer live questions and share up-to-date resources for getting qualified.
Hosted through Eventbrite, the class will be held over Zoom on Thursday, Aug. 7, at 4:00 p.m. (PST).
