LOS ANGELES — Honey Play Box has received E.U. patent approval for its tapping technology.
The company now holds patents for the tech in both the U.S. and E.U.
“Tapping technology has been a game-changing innovation in the sex technology industry,” said a rep. “Honey Play Box first introduced tapping technology in 2021 with the launch of Bora, their first toy designed to mimic the feeling of real, rhythmic touch. The idea was to create a more natural and unique experience and to help people experience orgasms through their G-spot. Since then, they’ve developed toys like Harmony Duo, Trilux, Terri, and Tempo; all feature G-spot tapping, but each is designed with its own unique purpose.
Honey Play Box’s Vincent Renou enthused about the patent.
“We’ve always believed in protecting our innovation and keeping pleasure products accessible for all,” he said. “But we’re also all about collaboration. If you’re a brand that shares our passion for pushing boundaries through innovation and creating truly great quality products, we’d love to connect.”
