LOS ANGELES — Nyomi Banks has launched two mental health-focused podcast series.
The first, part of her "Ask Nyomi: Bridging The Gap" podcast, is titled "Love and Mental Health." The weekly show debuts today at 6 p.m. (PDT) and will feature Dr. Will Washington and other guests.
Second, it's a daily podcast, "Nurturing Relationships," part of her series "The Season of Love." The show will include insights into building healthy connections, interactive exercises and community engagement, an exclusive "Year of Rebirth" workbook integration, and practical tools for personal growth and relationship development.
"With Dr. Will Washington's weekly expertise and our outstanding guest lineup, we're creating a comprehensive approach to mental wellness," Banks said. "The combination of daily content and weekly expert discussions provides our audience with consistent support and guidance."
