HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jim Powers has earned 10 nominations at the 2025 Trans Erotica Awards, including one for Best Scene Producer, which is the show's equivalent of a Best Director award.
Powers directed six scenes this past year that were nominated at the TEAs, including a trio of nominations in the Best Threesome/Moresome Scene category thanks to "A Jim Powers Spotlight Bachelor Party" from Adult Time, Scene 1 in GenderX’s “Trans Honey Trap 3," and Scene 2 in "Trans Slumber Party."
Additionally, Scene 4 from both "Gilligan's Trans Adventures" (Gender X) and "Transsexual Nurses #3" (Tender Care) are up for Best Boy/Girl Scene, while Scene 4 from "Trans Slumber Party" (Gender X) is up for Best Girl/Girl Scene along with "Good Lap Dances Make Good Neighbors" from Adult Time's Transfixed label.
Elsewhere, two features that Powers directed are up for Best DVD -- "Gilligan’s Trans Adventures" and "Trans Honey Trap 3."

The Trans Erotica Awards ceremony will take place on Mar. 9 at the Avalon.
