LOS ANGELES — Men.com will debut its new limited series, "Dawn of the Gladiators," this month.
Directed by Alter Sin and described by a rep as a "sword-and-sandal epic," the four-part series features MrDeepVoice, Sumner Blayne, Marcus McNeill, Malik Delgaty, Dom King, and Filou Fitt.
In the first scene, MrDeepVoice portrays Caesar, who has just crossed the Rubicon.
"But the Roman senate is against him claiming the title of emperor," the synopsis reveals. "At a private dinner, his allies give him advice on how to get the people on his side and joke about his sexual exploits with his handsome gladiator champion (Dom King) when the ruler is out of earshot." Caesar then challenges rival senators Brutus and Cassius in a gladiatorial game, his champion pitted against theirs. Certain of victory, Caesar becomes aroused and brings his champion to his bedchamber.
Part one of "Dawn of the Gladiators" premieres Nov. 21 on Men.com.
