XBIZ Expo Preliminary Schedule of Panels Announced

LOS ANGELES — The preliminary schedule of panel discussions for XBIZ Expo 2025 is now available online.

Set for Jan. 17-19 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel, XBIZ Expo, January’s premier trade show for the pleasure products industry, will offer insights on timely topics and emerging trends shaping the global market.

On Friday, Jan. 17, XBIZ Expo’s Pleasure Product Track of panels will kick off with “Unconventional Desire: Alternative Products Driving Sales,” a session exploring nontraditional products in adult retail. Then, the “Pride in Pleasure” panel will discuss the latest innovations for queer customers, and “The Business of Kink” panel will analyze the growing demand within that category.

Friday’s Retail Track will explore ecommerce strategies, social media marketing and crossover between smoke accessories and intimacy products. Wrapping up the first day of panels, the “WIA Presents: Women in Pleasure” session will feature top businesswomen driving innovation and change.

On Saturday, Jan. 18, the Pleasure Product Track will focus on a range of topics, including the intersection of sexual health and pleasure, lingerie trends and “Next-Level Intimacy” sextech innovations.

Saturday’s Retail Track will kick off with the “Master Buyers” forecast of trends and how to curate a product selection that meets evolving customer demands. The day’s panels also include “Local Heroes: Staying Competitive as Independent Retailers” and “Retail Giants: What’s Next for Expanding Chains.” XBIZ Expo’s “State of the Industry: What’s Next for the Business of Pleasure?” panel will conclude the day with a look at the future opportunities and challenges shaping the market.

On XBIZ Expo’s final day, Sunday, Jan. 19, Pleasure Product Track discussions will begin with the “New Brands on the Block” panel, followed by “Power & Performance,” which will delve into the topic of pleasure products for penis owners, and “Slick Sales: Maximizing Success in the Lubricant Category.”

Sunday’s Retail Track will feature the panels “Novelty Niche: Boosting Sales with Adult Games & Gifts,” “Distro Dynamics: A Look at the Pleasure Product Supply Chain & Market Dynamics” and “International Insights: Key Trends Shaping Global Business.”

To close out the panels on a high note, attendees from all walks of the pleasure business are invited to attend “SWPA Presents: Activism for Sexual Wellness Professionals” to learn more about advocating for change, inclusivity and ethical business practices.

Panel discussions will be held predominantly during breakfast and lunch breaks, leaving dedicated exhibition area hours uninterrupted to facilitate exploration of vendor booths showcasing the latest and greatest pleasure products. XBIZ Expo will also feature happy-hour networking sessions. Finally, participants gain entry to the annual XBIZ Honors ceremony, the pleasure industry’s biggest night, spotlighting outstanding leadership among industry execs and presenting select categories from the flagship XMAs.
