Caitlin V: Bringing 'Good Sex' to TV and Beyond

This feature article appears in the Fall 2024 issue of Sexual Health Magazine, the essential quarterly guide to sexual wellness for every walk of life.

Caitlin V wants everyone to have good sex. Whether you’ve been following her over the years via her weekly sex and relationship advice videos on YouTube and social media channels, or were only recently introduced to her coaching approach on the Discovery Plus and Max show “Good Sex,” Caitlin V epitomizes the savvy and understanding friend you can always count on. It’s a trait she’s been known for since her teenage years — and even back then, she knew it would become her calling.

Through her research over the past two decades, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the delicate nuances surrounding pleasure, connection and desire. In the course of working to spread that information as far and wide as possible, Caitlin V has become what she calls an “accidental CEO,” having built a company around her passion with like-minded sex coaches and experts.

Her work is driven by the belief that everyone deserves to experience the joy and fulfillment of great sex and meaningful connections. By providing practical guidance and a supportive environment, she seeks to empower people to rewrite their sexual scripts and step into their fullest, most authentic selves.

In her Q&A, Caitlin V discusses her sex coaching journey, the intersection of sex and personal growth, and her must-try toys and tips.
