BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Eldorado Trading has promoted Alicia Casias to the position of account manager.
Casias has worked as sales support at Eldorado since 2023. She will be responsible for partnering with retail customers to help with business growth, reporting to Director of Sales Derek DalPiaz.
"My customer service experience will help me to forge strong, lasting relationships with retailers, anticipate their needs and ensure they have the products and support they need to succeed,” said Casias.
DalPiaz enthused about Casias’s promotion.
“Alicia has learned our processes and products and has developed her skills while supporting several of our account managers,” he said. “She has played a pivotal role in managing our tester program. Her understanding of our business, ability to provide incredible customer service and passion for the industry make her a great fit for the role of account manager.
