BARCELONA, Spain — ERIKALUST has released “Last Splash,” a three-episode series directed by multiple XBIZ Award winner Casey Calvert.
“Last Splash” follows a group of friends during their final night together before college graduation.
The series stars Lilly Bell, Charlotte Sins, Anna Claire Clouds, Selena Ivy, Nathan Bronson and Hollywood Cash.
“Directing ‘Last Splash’ was like having an actual pool party with my friends for five days,” said Calvert. “It was so much fun digging into this script with such incredible actors. Lilly and the rest of the cast blew me away with their performances and commitment, and I'm not gonna lie: Filming hot bodies in swimsuits for a week made me wonder why I would ever do anything else.”
Bell concurred, “Shooting ‘Last Splash’ honestly felt just like summer camp with friends on set. I was honored when Casey asked me to be the lead so I made sure to really give the acting my all in this film. There’s a scene towards the end between Nathan and me, and I really felt it. I hope you all enjoy watching just as much as we loved making it!”
Sins weighed in on the tone of the shoot.
“Casey was so intentional with the crew and cast she hired for ‘Last Splash’ that I could feel I was on set with people who were the best at what they did,” Sins shared. “She encouraged us to bring our own sense of playfulness to our roles, which made the on-camera chemistry all too real. I know the audience will feel the passion we all had for this project and the genuine connection the actors felt.”
Calvert added, “I want to thank my cast and crew for religiously wearing sunscreen and not dropping any cameras or other expensive production equipment in the pool!”
