LOS ANGELES — Vixen Media Group (VMG) exclusive and 2022 XBIZ Performer of the Year Maitland Ward stars with Chocolate Rod, Troy Francisco and Dan Damage in "Pigeonholed," from studio imprint Deeper.
Directed by Kayden Kross, the scene opens with Ward "auditioning for a film’s new leading lady," the synopsis reveals. "Sick of being typecast as a woman beyond her prime, Maitland takes the audition into her own hands and shows casting directors Dan Damage, Chocolate Rod and Troy Francisco that she commands the screen with undeniable authority."
Ward enthused about the scene.
"There’s never an expiration date on a woman’s power," she said. "Women are constantly having to prove their worth and dominance, and my role in this scene shows that women can continue to be in control and fight for what they want in any industry."
Added Kross, "Maitland is one of my very best friends and such a major inspiration to me and the adult industry. She’s always unapologetically herself, and that’s what makes her a great performer and colleague to work alongside when we create new scenes."
