Skinfluential Management, FansFuel Tap Laura Desiree as Director of Creator Communications

CHICAGO — Skinfluential Media has hired Laura Desiree to serve as director of creator communications, following the company's recent acquisition of Fanwire and continued expansion of the FansFuel tracking and affiliate network.

Desiree will serve as a brand ambassador for Skinfluential Management and a bridge between management and content creators, facilitating communication and speaking from experience as a content creator herself.

The adult industry insider, certified intimacy coordinator, pleasure educator and activist counts on her resumé a seven-year tenure as producer and presenter for NakedNews, hosting and producing Red Umbrella Talk, serving as lead brand strategist for the sex work marketing agency PS: Group, hosting podcasts for CAM4 and ManyVids productions, and serving as a regular project consultant for the Museum of Sex in both New York and Miami.

“Within the realm of adult content creation, Laura has spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing earning opportunities and improving working conditions,” a rep explained. “She has also provided consultancy services to individuals and corporations, advocating for a redefined narrative of success in sex work. Working side by side with the Skinfluential Management team, Laura is sure to have an immediate impact on raising the company’s profile.”

Desiree said of her new role, “I am beyond thrilled to join this team of ambitious and ethically-minded pros who are keeping the creator's experience in the forefront of their efforts. Careers will certainly flourish with the international team we have to handle our creators' professional aspirations with creativity and care.”

Skinfluential Media President Sam Rakowski enthused, “I first had the pleasure of working with Laura during her time with Naked News and was immediately impressed. On top of being a highly successful content creator herself, her intelligence, work ethic and communication skills made her the perfect choice for this role. She is uniquely qualified to interface with other creators and help them grow their businesses with the help of our FansFuel platform and Skinfluential Management services.”
