Pineapple Support to Host Anxiety Management Panel at Grabbys Europe

TORREMOLINOS, Spain — Pineapple Support will host a discussion on managing anxiety and self-criticism at the 2024 Grabbys Awards Europe.

The discussion group will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Shelly and will take place Friday, April 26 at 2:30 p.m. (CEST) in the Quiet Lounge of the event venue, Hotel Ritual.

“In this safe and confidential space, participants will explore effective strategies for managing anxiety and silencing their inner critic amidst the unique challenges of the industry,” said Shelly. “Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn and thrive in a community dedicated to mental wellness and personal growth.”

Grabbys sponsorship coordinator Ryan James enthused about the panel.

"It’s an absolute pleasure to be welcoming Pineapple Support back to Grabbys Europe for the third year running," said James. "The work they do is vastly important to our industry, and it means the world to us that we can support them."
