Mile High Unveils New Unscripted Studio 'Sex on Sight'

MONTREAL — Mile High Media has launched a new unscripted-content studio, Sex on Sight.

Sex on Sight, a rep explained, “embraces a scientific approach to scene pairing, promising real, raw and spontaneous sexual compatibility, and matching adult performers’ erotic profiles — sight unseen.”

The new studio uses a sexual compatibility test developed with sexologist Keeley Rankin. Performers take the test prior to their scene to ensure an optimal pairing for chemistry.

“This is not based on a look or a particular fetish interest,” the rep noted. “Talent is matched by their sexually compatible erotic types. The questionnaire uses a combination of psychological profiles and sexuality models to categorize performers into their multidimensional erotic profiles. It’s the perfect marriage of science and sexy! The hope is that the audience will feel and see the connection between the performers, bringing everyone more pleasure and fulfillment.”

Rankin said, “Over the last decade-plus of working with clients, the No. 1 want out of watching porn is for it to feel like the performers are experiencing a real genuine connection and having true authentic pleasure. When asked to contribute to this project, I couldn't think of a better way to influence the porn industry.”

Rankin added that she hopes the positive experience of the performers, plus the interest from the audience, will "change the whole paradigm of pairing up in the industry.”

“My job is unique for this studio,” explained veteran director Mike Quasar, who helms the new project. “I’m not directing the scene or crafting a certain scenario. I am there to ensure the pairing is truly sight unseen: They meet and find out who they are paired with when the camera roles, not before. The surprise, excitement and passion viewers see is fully authentic.”

Mile High VP Jon Blitt said, “I’m so pleased for this new studio to launch. It’s been such a fun, unique project to create. Over the last year, Mile High has invested in creating a science-backed process and consulted with sexologist Keeley Rankin to ensure we get it right. Fans love seeing real passion and spontaneity unfold, so we want to take the guesswork out of it and streamline the process, so the performers are enjoying a unique experience, as is the audience. Once you witness Sex on Sight, you’ll understand it’s appeal!”
