LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support will host a free monthly online support group, sponsored by Brazzers, to help survivors of sexual trauma in the industry.
“Survivors of Sexual Trauma” will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Dr. Alicia Graham, beginning Tuesday at 2 p.m. PDT.
"In this support group, you will have open time to share your experiences and receive support around your emotions while having the opportunity to explore strategies for encouraging post-traumatic growth," said Graham. "This group will also focus on nervous system regulation and returning to a feeling of safety and support."
Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit added, "This group offers an open and accepting space for survivors of sexual trauma to receive therapeutic support, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who have shared experiences. The one-hour group sessions will take place each Tuesday through May 14.
