Netflix Unveils Cinematic Trailer for Rocco Siffredi Bio Series 'Supersex'

ROME — Netflix has released a cinematic teaser trailer for its international production “Supersex,” based on the life and career of Rocco Siffredi.

“I am thrilled to see the excitement and drama of this fictionalized version of my life come to life in this adrenaline-fueled trailer,” Siffredi told XBIZ on Monday. “The people at Netflix and everyone behind this amazing production have really outdone themselves.”

The trailer showcases several action-movie-style scenes, as the voiceover intones, “Every power is an enigma. It can give you light, or throw you into darkness. But every existence lived to its fullest always has a price to pay.”

Award-winning actor Alessandro Borghi plays Siffredi in the very fictionalized — or “freely inspired,” according to Netflix — version of the veteran adult performer’s life story.

“Supersex” was created and written by Francesca Manieri, Lorenzo Mieli and Matteo Rovere. The seven-part series will debut on Netflix worldwide March 6, after a premiere theatrical screening at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the show will tell “the soup-to-nuts story of Rocco from his childhood and family origins through his relationship with love that led him to pursue a career in porn.”

Jasmine Trinca co-stars as Lucia, “a fictional female character who represents a synthesis of many of the women Rocco had relationships with in real life,” the Hollywood Reporter noted.

The cast also includes Adriano Giannini (Tommaso, Rocco’s half-brother), Saul Nanni (young Rocco), Enrico Borello (Gabriele), Vincenzo Nemolato (Riccardo Schicchi), Gaia Messerklinger (Moana), Jade Pedri (Sylvie) and Linda Caridi (Tina).
