LOS ANGELES — MixedX has released "Love Affair With Darkness" on its studio site GetVampired, starring Alyssa Bounty and Amirah Adara.
Written and directed by studio principal Christina Shine, Bounty plays "plays a successful fashion designer who is at the top of her game professionally, but as a vampire, she struggles to find a partner willing to embrace the prospect of eternal life with her — until she finds an application from fashion school graduate Amirah Adara, who shows up at 8 p.m. for an unusual — and very intimate — job interview," said a rep.
Shine enthused about her stars.
"Alyssa is brilliant in her role playing a serious and intense fashionista on the hunt for someone extraordinary to share her life with, and Amirah plays the innocent ingénue willing to do anything to make it in the fashion world to perfection. Fans of the supernatural will want to sink their teeth into this one," she said.
