MINNEAPOLIS — Carnal Media has added international performer Bastian Karim to its roster of exclusive performers.
The reigning XBIZ Europa Gay Performer of the Year will debut on CarnalPlus for BoysForSale. In 2024, Karim will also headline a new channel addition to CarnalPlus.
“Becoming an actor was my first goal when I was 17,” Karim explained. “I dreamed about it. I wanted creative and financial freedom and I’m so happy with my decision, as I love my job and can’t imagine doing anything else.”
The Colombian-born performer has lived in Spain for the past four years.
“I had to start a new life in a new country and be away from my family to follow my dreams, but now Spain is my home,” he revealed.
In 2017, Karim launched his career shooting for BoyFun in Prague, where he lived for two years after unsuccessful first attempts in Spain.
“I was in a bar in Prague, drinking beer, and someone asked me about doing porn,” he said. “I thought it was a joke because everyone in Spain had said 'No, no, no.' I wasn’t the typical Colombian guy with big muscles and tattoos and was constantly told I was not what they were looking for.”
From there, Karim began working more frequently with other European studios.
