Gvibe Introduces 'Happiness Guarantee Program'

LOS ANGELES — Gvibe has introduced a new program offering customers a 30-day period during which they can try out its products and, in the event that a product does not fully meet their expectations, return them for a refund.

Under the "Happiness Guarantee Program," customers can reach out to Gvibe's customer support team to initiate the process, including for used items. Once the purchase is verified, the company will provide store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item, which can be used for any future purchase of Gvibe products.

Gvibe founder Jack Romanski called the program the company’s way of demonstrating how much Gvibe values the trust and confidence that customers place in its products.
