MONTREAL — Nico Coopa and Reese Rideout star in "IRL," the latest release from Disruptive Films studio brand Taboo Men.
Directed by Jessica Jasmin, the scene opens "on two strangers, Harris and Seth (Coopa, Rideout), whose online gaming session has somehow turned into a wild fuckfest between their male avatars," the synopsis reveals. "Now they’re curious to see if a real-life encounter would be nearly as fun as their virtual one. Turns out, it’s pretty great, but kind of awkward. So they vow to never do that again — until they’re back online."
Jasmin said she connected strongly with the premise.
"With so much of our lives lived virtually, there is sometimes a disconnect between reality and who you are online," she said. "I loved working with both Nico and Reese, who portrayed these two characters perfectly."
Coopa praised his co-star.
"'IRL' was so much fun to work on," he said. "I had an incredible time working with Reese, a legend who is just the nicest, sexiest, most charming man ever — 10/10 would play again."
