PASS Adds Aphrodisiac Wellness as Certified Testing Partner

LOS ANGELES — Performer Availability Screening Services (PASS) has designated Los Angeles-based Aphrodisiac Wellness as a certified testing partner.

PASS' statement follows:

Performer Availability Screening Services (PASS) has added Aphrodisiac Wellness, a new sex worker owned and operated testing service in Los Angeles that caters to the adult industry. Aphrodisiac Wellness officially launched their first location in Downtown Los Angeles the beginning of September, offering a PASS Certified testing panel — which includes swabs — for $185.

Aphrodisiac Wellness was started by a team of current and former sex workers and performers, Kenzie Anne, Skye Blue and Lenore Black. “As someone who dealt with constant health concerns while in the industry, I'm excited to be delivering a reliable place for my fellow performers to stay educated and get results quickly at the best possible prices in the market,” states co-owner Kenzie Anne.

“We have been in conversation with Aphrodisiac Wellness for a long time, in which they’ve been meticulous about making sure they can meet the needs of our community,” PASS Executive Director Ian O’Brien says of the new partnership. “It has been wonderful to work with folks who already have intimate knowledge of the industry and have experienced firsthand the challenges of testing, and it shows in their product. It is typical for new testing partners to experience a few bumps in the road when they first launch, but their first month has gone swimmingly.”

Aphrodisiac guarantees results by 9am the next day. They also offer a mobile testing service for $240 (or $270 for same-day appointments), in which a phlebotomist will come to your location for testing anywhere in Los Angeles County.

“We wanted to keep the performer the priority and being able to offer mobile testing is going to revolutionize the way we see our normal testing. For those who are stuck on set to those who may live too far from a testing center to want to drive, it's going to make so many people's lives easier,” says co-owner and performer Sky Blue.

Performers and other content creators can book an appointment at Aphrodisiac Wellness’s downtown location or mobile phlebotomist online at www.aphrodisiacwellness.com, or text 517.402.7422.
