HORSHAM, Pa. — Xgen has added 14 new penis extenders and sleeves to its Size Up collection.

The items include a 10-piece enlargement kit, six see-through extenders with ball loops, three trimmable extenders that add length and girth, and four realistic extenders — two of which are powered by a USB-rechargeable vibrating bullet.
