HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Sara St. Clair has debuted her first book, a memoir titled "Romance Costs Extra," available now on Amazon.
Co-authored with Danielle Aimie, the title "offers an unfiltered glimpse into Sara's early years and her remarkable rise to stardom in her alluring world of sexual adventures," a rep explained.
