Christian Dior Sues Adult Performer for Trademark Infringement

PARIS — French fashion powerhouse Christian Dior Couture has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against adult performer Gigi Dior.

MILF performer Gigi Dior has only one studio IAFD credit to her name: the 2022 scene, “Little Late to the Game, But Better Late Than Never” for HotMILFsFuck.com. However, she is active as a clip artist on ManyVids.

Gigi Dior trademarked her stage name last year and it was approved in September, Page Six reported.

Christian Dior Couture is seeking to prevent Gigi Dior from defending her trademark for “all goods and services,” particularly “entertainment services,” “personal appearances by a porn star” and “providing a web site featuring non-downloadable adult-themed photographs and videos.”

Gigi Dior told Page Six that the lawsuit is “ridiculous” because her stage name “has nothing to do with couture.” In fact, she added, what she does “usually involves wearing no clothes at all.”

Christian Dior Couture alleges “priority and likelihood of confusion, dilution by blurring and dilution by tarnishment.”
