LOS ANGELES — Anna Claire Clouds and Damon Dice headline "Object" from newly launched studio Delphine Films.
Directed by Bloomer Yang, the scenario follows Clouds as a model married for a number of years to a photographer, played by Dice. As the action opens, Clouds overhears Dice booking a new job. She feels unappreciated and used in her marriage, like an object, but Dice remains focused on his career, leading to "an emotional argument," a rep said.
"Everyone on set had chills after watching them perform," added the rep. "They are both natural-born actors."
Clouds is making her Delphine debut, while "Object" is Dice's fourth project with the studio.
"Their chemistry is out of this world," said Yang. "This is an emotional, romantic and dramatic scene with strong acting and contagious performance energy."
