LOS ANGELES — Vixen Media Group has crowned its newest Vixen Angels, Jia Lissa and Liya Silver, marking the company's first double-crowning and first international crowning.
Lissa, the 2020 XBIZ Europas Female Performer of the Year, made her first appearance with Vixen, in 2018, and has performed several career firsts across the company’s network of brands, including Blacked and Tushy.
"In 2021, the starlet propelled herself into her first-ever series, 'Jia,' a VMG four-part crossover showcase," noted a rep. "The piece highlights luxury international locations with scenes on Vixen, Blacked and Tushy."
Lissa is also a singer and songwriter, and her track, “Between the Noises,” produced by Romero Mralien, is featured on the soundtrack to her Vixen Angel promotional video.
“I’m so happy to be a part of the Vixen family. It was one of my biggest dreams to become a Vixen Angel,” Lissa said. “When the moment of the announcement came, I felt so overwhelmed that my eyes just filled with tears. It was a surreal experience that I will never forget.”
Silver also shot her very first scene with VMG, in 2018 for Tushy, and "has taken the adult entertainment industry by storm ever since," the rep noted. Around the globe, Liya has filmed for VMG’s portfolio of brands — Vixen, Blacked, Tushy, Blacked Raw and Tushy Raw — in a variety of prestigious destinations, including the French Alps where the veteran skier had the opportunity to show off her skills on the slopes in the XBIZ Award-winning scene "Après Ski" for Tushy.
“I’m very grateful to Vixen for the opportunity to explore my creativity,” said Silver. “And the Vixen Angel necklace around my neck solidifies that I'm doing it with the best team possible.”
The double crowning "not only celebrates Jia and Liya’s individual achievements, but celebrates their longstanding friendship, as they both started their adult careers together exclusively with VMG," the rep said. "Having traveled the world together to the most sought-after destinations, the pair have a special bond and natural chemistry that lights up the screen."
The duo have filmed together several times, including scenes together for Vixen and Blacked.
Director Julia Grandi added she is "incredibly" proud of the women.
"Not one, but two of my longtime favorite models have been crowned as Vixen Angels — a success we could have only dreamt of, back when we shot their first scenes," she said.
The announcement was presented in Ibiza by Vixen Angels Vicki Chase, Gianna Dior and recently-announced Angel Allie Nicole, "alongside European talent, crew and company leadership to celebrate and welcome the two new Angels," the rep said.
