Jamie Kelly to Present 'Realities of Selling Fantasy' at Grooby Camp on Thursday

LOS ANGELES — Trans performer, content creator and producer Jamie Kelly will present her webinar, titled "The Realities of Selling Fantasy," at the second annual Grooby Camp event on Thursday at 2 p.m. (PDT).

“It’s a tale as old as time. A young ingénue struts off the bus with stars in her eyes, only to find the world of moviemaking isn't quite all it's cracked up to be," Kelly said. "Only this time the ingénue is you, the movies are only 20 minutes long and the stakes higher than you may have ever imagined. The world of adult entertainment provides as many promises as it does pitfalls. Your physical health and safety, and emotional wellbeing, may very well be on the line without some guidelines to point you in the right direction."

"Fortunately, we've got your back with decades of professional experience to pull from," she added.

Grooby Camp is described as a free two-day virtual conference for the trans adult industry and allies. The event was created in 2021 with the intention of sharing resources and centralizing information about the trans adult industry for seasoned pros as well as those considering sex work.
